“To advocate, educate and utilize resources for the economical and environmental sustainability of area residents and stakeholders while enhancing community unification and growth.”
In practice that means showing up: at city meetings, on porches, in gardens, at the barbershop and in the group text when somebody needs help tonight.

Four commitments guide every program, meeting and dollar we touch.
Advocate
Show up where decisions get made — city hall, development hearings, landlord meetings — and carry the neighborhood's position with receipts.
Educate
Translate budgets, ordinances, grant programs and homeowner rights into plain language neighbors can act on the same week.
Utilize resources
Connect residents to repair help, utility assistance, food access and Black-owned businesses instead of letting dollars leave the footprint.
Unify
Keep the block social — meetings with dinner, garden days, watch walks and a block party the whole footprint plans together.
