What a general meeting looks like

We start on time and end on time. Here's the running order so you know exactly what you're walking into the first time.

  1. 1Welcome, roll call and introductions of new neighbors
  2. 2Minutes from last meeting and treasurer's report
  3. 3Guest speaker: city department, police liaison or partner org
  4. 4Committee reports: safety, bloom, economics, youth
  5. 5Old business, then new business and member votes
  6. 6Announcements, resource table and dinner

Add an agenda item

Email the secretary at least five days before the meeting with your topic and how long you need. Walk-in items go under new business as time allows.

Can't make it in person?

Every general meeting streams and the recording plus minutes are emailed to members within three days.

Bring the family

Dinner starts at 6:00 PM and childcare is provided in the side room during the general meeting.

Need a ride?

Tell your block captain by Monday and we'll pair you with a neighbor driving in from your street.
