Talk to a real neighbor

No call center, no ticket queue. Emails and messages go straight to residents who live on these blocks — and we answer.

Send a message

Three steps: pick what you need, tell us where, and we route it to the right neighbor.

1. What do you need?
2. Pick a topic
Photos or documents (optional)

A picture of the dumping, a letter, a bill or a flyer helps the board resolve it faster. Up to 4 files, 10 MB each — images, PDF, Word or text. Only board members can open them.

How soon do you need us?

Emergency in progress? Call 911. City services (dumping, potholes, lights) — call 311, then send us the case number so we can track it with you.

Emergencies come first

This form is not monitored around the clock. For an emergency in progress call 911. For non-emergency city issues — dumping, potholes, streetlights, code violations — call 311, then send us the case number so we can track it with you.

Common questions

Who can join?
Anyone who lives, rents, owns property, worships or runs a business inside the Northwest Landing footprint. Membership is free and always will be.
How do I know if my street is in the footprint?
Send us your cross streets and a block captain will confirm the same week — and probably invite you to the next meeting.
How fast will someone respond?
Two business days for email and voicemail. Safety concerns go to a block captain immediately.
Can I bring an item to the meeting?
Yes. Email the secretary at least five days ahead to get on the agenda, or raise it under new business.
